There is an issue with the Sentinel key that will not allow an update to the expiry date past 2018. To resolve this issue we have produced two patch releases of The Finance Shop. One for TFS Version 11 and one for TFS Version 12.

If you are upgrading to Version 13 prior to December 1st then you do not need to upgrade.
