The Land screens are used to manage lists associated with available land. These include the estate and stages that can be used in selecting land for a new job and the suburbs that are used for all address information.
Estate
The Estate screen manages all housing estates of the organisation.
Estate Stage
The Estate Stage screen is used to manage all stages for a selected estate.
Suburb
The Suburb screen is used to manage the list of Australian suburbs.
Suburbs are grouped by state and contain the relevant postcode, making assigning suburb information easier and maintaining accuracy.
