Work Flow Forecasting has changed
Significant changes have been made to Work Flow Forecasting, requiring a supporting database update.
When accessing the Forecasting screens for Work Flow, Pre-Administration, Administration, Construction or Maintenance, a message will be shown to advise of the need for the database update.

The Maintenance Forecasting screen is used to calculate baseline, best possible, and progress forecasts from actual dates to track the movement of a job through the maintenance stage. The forecasts are created by applying a predetermined template containing allowances.
Procedures
Applying A Maintenance Template
From the Forecast drop-down list, select a variance forecast.
Click Template. The Change Work Flow Forecasting Program confirmation prompt will appear.
Click Yes to reallocate the days allowance for each work flow stage. The Select Work Flow Templatedialog will be displayed.
Select a work flow template.
Click OK. The Work Flow Re-Forecasting confirmation prompt will appear.
Click Yes to re-forecast the work flow for the current job. The Clear Existing Forecasts confirmation prompt will appear.
Click Yes to clear existing baseline forecasts for the current job. The work flow will be re-forecast.
Click OK.
Clearing Forecast Dates
From the Forecast drop-down list, select a variance forecast.
Click Clear. The Clear Forecasting Dates confirmation prompt will appear.
Click Yes to clear the work flow forecasts for the current job. The Retain Allowance confirmation prompt will appear.
Click Yes to retain the allowance days for each stage. The forecast dates will be cleared.
Creating Forecast Dates
From the Forecast drop-down list, select a variance forecast.
Click Forecast. The Work Flow Re-Forecasting confirmation prompt will appear.
Click Yes to re-forecast the work flow for the current job. The Clear Forecasting Dates confirmation prompt will appear.
Click Yes to clear existing baseline forecasts for the current job. The work flow will be re-forecast.
Creating A Manual Forecast
From the Forecast drop-down list, select a variance forecast.
From the Maintenance list, select a maintenance item.
Click Edit. The Maintenance Work Flow Forecast dialog will be displayed.
Enter the forecast details.
Click OK. The Work Flow Re-Forecasting confirmation prompt will appear.
Click Yes to re-forecast the work flow for the current job. The Clear Existing Forecasts confirmation prompt will appear.
Click Yes to clear existing baseline forecasts for the current job. The work flow will be re-forecast.
Click OK.
