Reporting
The Report Overview screen contains two tabs:
- Reports: Displays a list of standard reports with pre-conceived standard criteria. These reports contain criteria that a typical broker would need to view. The criteria can be altered to suit the business.
- Templates: Allows access to reports with no pre-conceived ideas as to the content. Templates are blank canvasses on which users can create their own specific reports.
When displaying reports, brokers will only be shown clients to which they have access.
IMPORTANT CONCEPTS
- The Filter drop-down list allows users to select the type of report to display. Selections include:
- All: Displays all reports.
- Custom: Displays customised reports (customised reports will have a positive report number in the # column)
- TFS Default: Displays default reports (default reports will have a negative report number in the # column)
- The Crit. Method column in the Reports list details whether a report or template will open the Standard Criteria dialog (see Report Criteria Overview).
