The Sales & Marketing screen allows for the capture of sales lead information for a prospective client.

Procedures

Creating A Sales Introduction Diary Appointment

  1. Click the Current Appointment popup button. The Do You Want To Create a New Appointment? confirmation prompt will appear.

  2. Click Yes to create a new appointment. The Diary Entry dialog will be displayed.

  3. Enter the details.

  4. Click OK. The appointment will be created. Details of the appointment can be viewed on the Client - Job Diary screen.
