For a user to be able to see particular brokers clients they need to have the broker listed in their Broker Security. This is done in TFS Administration.
Accessing Broker Securtity - Click here to expand...
- From the Administration menu, select Security then Broker Security.
- From the sidebar, select Security then Broker Security.

- Select Security / Broker Security.
- Select the User that you wish to update.
- Click on New. The User Broker Security dialog will be displayed
- Click the popup button
next to Broker

- Click on the Broker you want to add.
- Click on the OK button.
The broker will then be selected.

- Toggle their access permissions as required with the spacebar.
Access - Means the user will be able to access the brokers clients and deals and make changes
Search - Means that the user will have the brokers clients returned in search lists - Click OK.
The Broker will then be displayed in the Broker Data section.
