Entitlement system for licensing
The major new feature within this version is the removal of the reliance of the Sentinel key which was used for licensing the software. This posed several restrictions on how you could install and access TFS. From version 13 TFS licencing is controlled by our new Entitlement system. This will make it easier for you to access TFS from the cloud. Click here to read about the new Entitlements system
Keeping you in touch with clients and contacts The Finance Shop version 13 provides a completely integrated email system which stores emails sent as comments against the relevant entities. Combine this with the SMS solution introduced in TFS version 12 and the mail merge solution that TFS has always had it is really easy to track all of your dealings with clients and contacts.

The Finance Shop Version 13 introduces integrated email which allows you to email entities directly from within the program and all emails are stored as comments.
