Each day the suppliers that have registered on your Supply Chain portal will receive an email bulletin that will provide them information on their purchase orders.

When they click on any of the headings, it will take them to the portal to show them the relevant information.

Cancelled Purchase Orders are shown as New Purchase Orders to bring it to the supplier's attention that the order has been cancelled.
