Managing your Per Device Licenses

Overview

The management of Construction Logistics Tablets licensing is now managed by the Insula Entitlements system. This provides you with the ability to;

• See where the licenses are being used.

• Release the licenses so they can be allocated to new devices.

Managing the entitlements

Each organisation using Framework 8 or higher will have a specific login to the Insula Entitlement system. When you log in you will see a screen similar to the one below;

Viewing the entitlements

When you click on the Entitlements tile you will see a screen similar to the one below which will show you all the software licenses held by your organisation.

1. Optionally you can use filters to see specific entitlements.

2. The entitlement.

3. Grace days define the period that the device can run offline without connecting to the Insula Entitlements system to confirm the license is still valid.

4. The actual number of available licenses.

5. Are the licenses available to be used?

Working with a license

When you click on the Entitlement you will see a screen similar to the one below.

1. Details of the entitlement.

2. The Lan Service where the entitlement is registered.

3. The date the license was usable from.

4. The date when the license will expire.

5. The details of the device where the entitlement is being used.

6. The date the device last renewed its license.

7. The release option will free the license up so that it can be allocated to a new device.
