Return to Construction
The Construction Programme screen is used to apply a construction programme template to the current job. This template adds an editable list of programmed activities to the job.

Procedures

Applying A Construction Programme Template

  1. From the Progress Period drop-down list, select a progress period.

  2. From the Forecast drop-down list, select a forecast type.

  3. Click Template. The Create Construction Program confirmation prompt will appear.

  4. Click Yes to create a construction programme for the current job. The Delete Progress History confirmation prompt will appear.

  5. Click Yes to remove all progress recorded against the current programme for this job. The Synchronise Construction Programme confirmation prompt will appear.

  6. Click Yes to synchronise construction claims. The Select Template Construction Programme dialog will be displayed.

  7. Select the required template construction programme.

  8. Click OK. The dialog will close and a new template construction programme will be applied to the current job.
