The use of this report may be used to show all follow ups that are overdue at a certain point in time, and that may require completion or removal etc.

Step-by-step guide

Go to the reporting module and select the Follow Up Work Flow report, and select preview.

  1. Select the stages that you wish to include in the report: i.e. ONLY jobs in administration stage
  2. Select the region/division you wish to show in the report
  3. Select field criteria

Add the follow up complete date from Client Relationship management, as single date operation, less than or equal to: today.

 

Add the follow up complete date from CRM, as must be empty:

After these criteria have been added, you can select OK to generate the report.
