The use of this report may be used to show all follow ups that are overdue at a certain point in time, and that may require completion or removal etc.
Step-by-step guide
Go to the reporting module and select the Follow Up Work Flow report, and select preview.
- Select the stages that you wish to include in the report: i.e. ONLY jobs in administration stage
- Select the region/division you wish to show in the report
- Select field criteria
Add the follow up complete date from Client Relationship management, as single date operation, less than or equal to: today.
Add the follow up complete date from CRM, as must be empty:
After these criteria have been added, you can select OK to generate the report.
