Follow Up Overdue Report

The use of this report may be used to show all follow ups that are overdue at a certain point in time, and that may require completion or removal etc.

Step-by-step guide

Go to the reporting module and select the Follow Up Work Flow report, and select preview.

  1. Select the stages that you wish to include in the report. E.g. only Admin jobs.
  2. Select the region/division you wish to show in the report
  3. Select the field criteria tab.

Add the following field criteria to the report.

 

  1. Select the Client Relationship Management group from the available list.
  2. Select the Follow Up folder.
  3. Select the 'Follow Up Date' field, press the >> button.
  4. Use a single date operation less than or equal to and today (will give anything with a due date less than or equal to today, i.e. overdue).
  5. Press OK.

  1. From the same list as before, select the follow up complete date.
  2. Press the >> button.
  3. Tick 'must be empty'.
  4. Press OK.

Saving the report profile.

  1. On the advanced tab, add in a title for the report.
  2. Add in a description for the report (what the report is showing - follow ups overdue for jobs in Admin stage).
  3. Press the save button to create a new profile.

After these criteria have been added, you can select OK to generate the report.
