The Client Service Providers screen is used to select the service providers that are relevant to the client. Service providers include accountants, solicitors, banks, real estate/landlord agents, insurance brokers, insurers, and referrals.

  • From the Client menu, select Services.
  • From the sidebar, select Client then Services.


 Editing a Service Provider - Click here to expand...
  1. Click the Edit button to change the screen into Edit Mode.
  2. Click the Company popup button (). The Select [Service Provider] dialog will be displayed.
  3. From the Entity Role drop-down list, select the required entity role, such as 'Accountant'.
  4. Enter all or part of the entity's name in the Name field to further filter the Entity list.
  5. From the Entity list, select the required service.
  6. If you know the name of the contact and it is displayed in the list, select the required contact from the Contacts list.
  7. Click the OK button.

if a service provider is changed at any time and you have applications in progress, users will be prompted to update those applications manually with the new changes.

A feature of this screen is the ability to communicate with a service provider.

  1. Click the Communicate button (). The Communicate dialog will be displayed.



  2. Select the communication type.

    You will only see the SMS option if you have it enabled. If you would like to know more about this read the article The Finance Shop - SMS Service

  3. Select the required template style.
  4. Click the OK button.
