The System Configuration dialog helps to configure the folder locations for TFS files. The location of this data comes from the TFS database and ensures that all users are working using the same information.

  • From the Help menu, select Configuration. The System Configuration dialog will be displayed.

The following folder locations can be changed: 

  • Drive
  • Folder
  • Bin
  • Data
  • Report
  • Log
  • Spellcheck
  • Image
  • SmartLodge
  • SmartDocs
  • Temp
  • Client Files
  • Mail Merge
  • Marketing
  • SmartLodge URL

IMPORTANT CONCEPTS

  • Force Compatibility: toggle Yes/No (default: Yes). Is a compatibility requirement for Pervasive.SQL to work correctly with Crystal Reports. This would only be changed to No, if users were running an older version of TFS.
