The Comments screen is used to track comments relevant to a client or an application.
TFS will automatically create comments when users:
- Enter internal notes into a quote,
- Create a comment when doing a mail merge, or
- Enter a comment via the Comments screen (described below).

- From the CRM menu, select Comments
- From the sidebar, select CRM then Comments.
- Press F7.
- Click the Comments toolbar icon ().
