How to merge duplicate entities into each other.

Step-by-step guide






  1. Login to Framework ECM and navigate to the Administration module.
  2. Under the Entity grey tab select 'Entity' then select the Entity role that the user is assigned to. EG - Construction Supervisor

3. Locate the duplicate entity and select the one with the earliest creation date and click resolve.

Select 'Yes'
