The following guide is designed to install Framework ECM and the associated Framework ECM database in a Client-Server environment.
The Client-Server installation comprises two separate installations:
- Server Installation Overview: The server's installation requirements are designed to allow client workstations access to the Framework database (which is installed on the server).
Important: The server installation MUST only be performed once. - Client Installation Overview: Client (otherwise known as workstation) installations require Framework, network drive configurations, and connections to the server.
Important: The client/workstation installation MUST be performed for each client workstation.
