Critical
Critical: Database tool operations permanently affect your data and should only be performed in consultation with Insula Software.
Database tools include functions which repair or force the modification of data in the Framework ECM database. The tools are predominately used to update the database with data that has been created or captured outside the standard Framework ECM interface, such as synchronised data from external components. They can also be used to repair data that has become corrupted.
Two tabs are available on the Database Tools screen:
- Tools Tab
- Services Tab
Note: The Database Tools screen is not accessible from all Framework ECM modules.
