Overview
This article explains the credential requirements for all Perspective Platform appliances.
User credentials
User logins must be a valid email address. When an email address has been entered an Activation Code will be sent to the supplied address
Passwords:
Must contain at least 8 characters.
Must include at least one upper-case letter
Must include at least one special character from the valid options: !%@#$^*?_~
Failed Login Attempts
Three failed login attempts will result in the account being locked for a period of time (and a minimum of 30 minutes)
(Scheduled for 2023.3) An account lockout will require the password to be reset.
