Better control over news articles

Previously news articles would automatically disappear from the Home page or News page after a hardcoded timeframe. Configuration options have been added to news artticles that control when a news article will be shown and when it will be removed.

Refer to this article for more information on configuring news.

Information on PO/Watching Notifications for changed documents

There can often be many documents associated with a purchase order and from time to time these documents are changed. If a supplier has received a purchase order they need to be aware of any changes to the documents related to the order. This article explains how to see if the supplier has viewed the latest document and how to see when notifications were sent.

Ability to preview documents from the order

Previously you could only download documents from within the Purchase Order Documents accordion. The ability to preview them has been added in the same way as you can from within the DMS.
