This sample is to be used as a guide for builders implementing a Framework Variation Price Book (VPB).
This lists a sample Table of Contents (TOC) structure to convey the scope and potential layout of a VPB.
The TOC is not necessarily complete or exhaustive , and terminology will differ between builders and geographic areas (eg. different states).
Recommendations
- Sections should have consistent subsections for instructional information such as Notes, Procedures, Policies, etc.
- Use a Miscellaneous section at the end of sections to group orphan or many unrelated items.
- Where multiple divisions/companies/offices are supported in a single book, use subsections to organise common items, and then the specific division requirements:
