Option - Activities > Tasks

The Tasks screen shows all tasks that the logged-in user;

  1. Is Assigned to.

  2. Has Raised.

  3. Is Watching.

  1. Raise a new task.

  2. Tick box to include tasks allocated to the currently signed-in user.

  3. Tick box to include tasks the currently signed in user has marked as wishing to watch.

  4. Tick box to include tasks raised by the currently signed-in user.

  5. Click to include active tasks.

  6. Click to include archived tasks.

  7. Enter the text that you wish to search for to filter tasks on.

  8. Filter tasks by status. Select the required status from the drop-down list.

  9. Filter tasks by type. Select the required type from the drop-down list.

  10. Task summary information. You can click on any of the column headers to change the sort order.
