Option - Activities > Incidents

Incidents are used to record things which impact safety on the site. Incidents are recorded against an Incident Class and each Incident Class has Incident Types.

  1. The Report Incident button opens the new incident dialogue.

  2. You can enter text to filter down the incidents.

  3. Select the status of incidents that you want to see.

  4. Incident details.

When you click on the Report Incident button the following dialogue is displayed;

When you click on the Report button it will be added to the Incidents screen.
