Workflow of an inspection

This article outlines the workflow stages of an inspection.

Stage	Image	Notes
Awaiting Start		The inspection has been added to the project either via integration or manually.
In Progress		As soon as an item is added to the inspection the workflow changes to In Progress
Under Review	When submitted Workflow accordion is updated with the date and time information	When the inspection is submitted, either from the mobile application of the web portal, the status changes to Under Review. If this is a customers inspection they will not be able to make any further changes to it from this point forward unless you click on the Reverse Submission button on the Inspection screen;
Works in Progress		If at least one of the items on the inspection is approved and flagged as work started the status changes to Works in Progress
Works Sign Off		When all items that have been worked on have been set as Work Finished the status changes to Works Sign Off.
Complete		When all items have either been rejected or signed off the status of the inspection is changed to Complete.
