Improvement

Improvements have been made to overall synchronisation times.

Previously the reconciliation of each table was an exhaustive process in that the process involved stepping through every record at each end - tablet and office - and comparing each to identify records on the tablet that were no longer in the office and marking them for deletion - and then deleting them. This was very time consuming, especially for tables with many records, such as tel, crm_com, doc_item and spec_row etc.

We have now improved this process dramatically by making this process an incremental reconciliation, so that each time it is performed now it is only considering deletions that have ocurred since the last time that table/packet was synced.

Colour coding of construction activities has been introduced in Construction Logistics.

Colour coding allows a builder to attach specific meaning to construction activities, and for this to be visible to all users across all Framework Logistics applications.
eg. You may wish to nominate and visually separate activities that are to be updated by supervisors in the field or by office-based staff.

The number of colours available is extensive, and they can be used for any desired purpose.
Your team must be trained in your colour coding/meaning to ensure the chosen colours are understood and interpreted correctly.

Group Scheduler Filter for Completed Activities

There is a new check-box criteria option in the Group Scheduler Criteria/Filter dialog - The default for this is Off - The user's selection is remembered for their session.

The heading/label is "Job Criteria"

When enabled, the results should exclude any jobs/rows from the scheduler where all activities included in the view are either complete (what we show as green), or are N/A (what we show as grey

Logistics Diary Date Range

The date display/selection has been changed.

1. The display shows a single date (when only one date is selected) or a date range when more than one is selected.

2. Preset buttons/options that can set the date quickly are provided for: -

   1. Today (this is the default, shows a single day, and is what we have currently).

   2. Tomorrow -

   3. This Week
      
      When the current day is a Monday to Saturday: all activities from Monday to Sunday. are shown, for the current week you're in.
      Note that if today was a Wednesday, the Monday of the period is for two days earlier, and the Sunday is the upcoming Sunday). When the current day is a Sunday: treat the Monday as the next day, and the Sunday as 7 days from today. - Two Weeks (Monday to the second Sunday). Note the same rules about the current date as the "This Week" option above still apply - Three Weeks (Monday to the third Sunday). Note the same rules about the current date as the "This Week" option above still apply - Four Weeks (Monday to the fourth Sunday). Note the same rules about the current date as the "This Week" option above still apply - Custom - allow the user to select a custom date range (start/end)

3. When a single date is shown the arrow-navigation to move the date by one day should remain as we have now. This should not be available/enabled when a date range is shown

4. The display of the data is updated whenever there is a refresh of the date criteria. When the date is a range, the criteria should be inclusive of the displayed dates. ie. >= start AND <= end
