Withdrawing a task
When you open a task, there is an option to withdraw the task. When you click on the Withdraw option, you should supply a reason for withdrawing the task.

Declining a task
If the user who the task is assigned to cannot do the task, they can click on the Decline option and optionally add a Comment

The user that raised the task will receive a notification that the task was declined.

Completing a task
There are two steps to completing a task. The first is the user selects Start.
