Working with Tasks
The list of tasks has been filtered to those tasks that;
Are allocated to the currently signed-in user.
Contain the word Internal.
Have a status of Raised.

Raising a Task
When you click on the Raise Task button, you will be presented with the new task screen.
If you select Notify When Completed an email will be sent to the person who raised the task.
If you select Sign-Off Required then when the task is marked as Finished by the user that it was assigned to it has to be signed off by the person who raised it.
Withdrawing a task
When you open a task, there is an option to withdraw the task. When you click on the Withdraw option, you should supply a reason for withdrawing the task.
Declining a task
If the user who the task is assigned to cannot do the task, they can click on the Decline option and
The user that raised the task will receive a notification that the task was declined.
They can then either reassign or withdraw the task.
Completing a task
There are two steps to completing a task. The first is the user selects Start.
The task status changes to Started.
When the task has been finished the user selects Complete
Dependent on which options were selected there may be an additional step;
The user who created the task will receive a notification to sign off the task.
The user who received the notification will see the task in their list now;
The task will then be complete.
Creating sub-tasks
The user who the task is assigned to can create subtasks.
These tasks are created in the same way as a normal task.
Adding Attachments to a task
There is an Attachments accordion in the task screen where you can add attachments relevant to the task.
Communicating from a task
The communication accordion on the task shows all of the notifications given and allows the user to add a comment or send an email.
Reviewing the activity on a task
The Activity Feed accordion shows all of the activities that have been performed on the task.
