The HSEQ (Health and Safety Environmental Quality) Observation feature allows Platform Licensee staff such as site supervisors to check the compliance of third party organisations staff working on their projects.

The following shows the Tasks accordion as of Release 4 2019

The Raise Task button opens the standard Tasks screen. Refer to the Working with Tasks article for more information on this.

The Record Compliance Check button opens the standard Compliance Check screen. Refer to the Compliance Check screen for more information on this.

The Perform HSEQ Observation was introduced in Safety 2019 Release 4.When you press the Performa HSEQ Observation the following screen is displayed;

1. The Task Class and Task Type are set to HSEQ Management and HSEQ Observation and cannot be changed.
2. Enter the name of the organisation the observation is being performed on.
3. Select the Question Group to be used by the HSEQ Observation
4. Complete the Title for the observation.
5. Complete the Description for the Observation.
6. Assign the task to a member of staff.
7. If required you can set Watchers for the task.
8. Click on Save.

The observation task will then appear in the accordion.
