TFS 2016, Version 12, introduced the ability to communicate with clients and contacts via SMS directly from TFS. A broker can have a group of contacts whom they regularly wish to communicate with via SMS. To allow them to do this the contacts must be added to the broker in TFS Administration.
| 1) Select Entity \ Entity. 2) Click on Broker. 3) Click on the broker who you wish to add contacts to. 4) Click in the Contacts section of the screen. 5) Click New. 6) Click No. A search dialogue will then be displayed where you can search for the contact who you want to add. |
