Complete the Environment Setup Checklist.

Open Framework Configuration Utility (Start > All Programs > Insula Software > Framework Configuration Utility)
Logon to the system.
Select the Shutdown tab.
Under the Framework Availability group, click the Restart Now button.
Click the OK button.
