When doing HSEQ (Health and Safety Environment Quality, you can define sets of questions that you want to ask of the staff who are present on site. This process uses Inductions to define the questions. The major difference between a standard induction and an induction used for a HSEQ observation is that you do not have a single correct answer as it is what the person performing it observes. To facilitate this, there is a new option. Allow Multiple Correct Answers?

Firstly you need to create a new induction. In the first screen, there is a new option, Allow Multiple Correct Answers. This must be ticked to use the induction for HSEQ observations.
