When an incident is raised, it has a status of Open. All staff with a Safety Administrator role will receive a notification that an incident has been reported. You can see in the recipient's list who has read the notification. |

In the incident , screen expand the Tasks accordion to Raise a Task. |

When a task has been raised against an incident, the status changes to In Progress. |

When the person who the task is assigned to logs into the Safety portal, they will see the task in the Activities > Tasks screen. When they open the task, they will see the details. When they click on Start the status of the task changes to Started; When they have finished the task, they click on the Complete button. If the task was marked as requiring sign off the status updates to Awaiting Sign-Off, otherwise it goes to complete. The person who allocated the task will receive a notification that the task is awaiting sign off; When the user opens the task, they will see the Sign Off button. The task is then Complete. |
