Recommendation: Ensure all users have exit from Sales Advice (SAM) before performing Synchronisations
When making changes in Framework ECM such as Sales Locations, Municipality, etc, you must ensure a Synchronise is performed in Sales Advice in order for the changes to be available for SAM users.
Note: The changes made in the Administration Module will not appear in SAM unless this is carried out.
Open the Sales Advice Module.
Click on File and then LAN Sync.
Click on the VPB tab.
Click on the 'Update' button next to the 'Static Data' field
Click Close.
