No License available message
Solution
If you have access to the Administration Module you can see who is using the Licenses.
Check who is using the Licenses
- Click on the Framework Icon to open Framework Explorer
- Open Administration Module of Framework
- In the Administration Menu Select System and then Licensing
- The below image is an example only.
a) Shows the List of License Types Names available to Framework
b) The count of how many Licenses you currently have for this license type
c) Who is currently logged into Framework using these Licenses
NOTE: License Sessions are released when you close the Framework Application.
