The Commissions group allows for the management of sales commissions, both in creating templates that will be used to capture the information and allowing for the viewing of the resulting commissions in a program separate from Framework ECM.

Commission Register

The Commission Register screen is used to create sales commissions for a selected salesperson.

Procedures

Creating A Sales Commission

1. Click New. The Commission dialog will be displayed.
2. Enter the details.
3. Click OK. The dialog will close and a new sales commission will be created.

Commission Template

The Commission Template screen is used to create sales commission templates.

Templates can be assigned to a job in Framework ECM (see the Building Contract Commissions screen in Framework ECM) and determine how to calculate the commission eligible on a production job based on the total of the building contract and approved post contract variations.

1. Select the Sales Commission Template list. A shadow will appear around the list to indicate it is selected.
2. Click New. The Commission Template dialog will be displayed.
3. Enter the details.
4. Click OK. The dialog will close and a new sales commission template will be created.

1. Select the Template Stages list. A shadow will appear around the list to indicate it is selected.
2. Click New. The Commission Template Stage dialog will be displayed.
3. Enter the details.
4. Click OK. The dialog will close and a new sales commission template stage will be created.
