Overview
This article explains the process required to set up a specific Sender ID for Insula’s customers when sending SMS messages from our software products. We will require a letter/document with a company letterhead. This will be forwarded to our SMS/Telecommunications provider to support the Sender ID application process.

Please accept this as a formal request to register and provision a SMS Sender ID for our company.
We are providing authority to Insula Group Pty Ltd (Insula) to make this request on our behalf, with their nominated SMS and telecommunication providers.
The intent of this request is that the Sender ID will be seen by SMS recipients of messages created by us from our use of Insula Software products.
