Bank Of Queensland have supplied us with a new set of documents that we have now integrated into TFS 12. This document outlines the procedures for updating your system to use them.
IMPORTANT : Update to the latest version of TFS (12.0.9113 or greater) before proceeding as the updated documents will ONLY work this TFS version onwards.
If you use them with older versions of TFS then the documents will not populate.
The original documents are located in your main TheFinanceShop directory under SmartDocs.
Rename this directory.
To download the new documents go the the FTP site by clicking on the following URL
ftp://ftp.insulagroup.com.au/TheFinanceShop/SmartDocs/
PUT FILE DETAILS HERE
When you have downloaded the zip file you should extract it to the the TheFinanceShop\Smartdocs directory (You do not need the BOQ folder as it will be created.)
When this has completed there will be a BOQ folder with three sub folders underneath it.
TFS 12.0.9113 or greater will now reference these new files. Produce a test set of BOQ documents to confirm the set-up has been successful.
