Package

House package refers to the combination of a house specification and a promotion that allows custom pricing to be recorded for the specification in a period of time. The Package screen is used to create and manage house packages for the enterprise.

To create a package, the Specification and Promotion must already exist.

Specification

A house specification is the creation of a single item from a combination of a house type, series, façade, and siting. The Specification screen is used to manage house specification combinations that are available for a selected house product.

Promotion

Promotion refers to a period of time during which a house product's pricing and/or inclusions apply. The Promotion screen is used to manage promotions for the enterprise.

Example

Spring/Summer 2024/2025, Winter 2025, etc.

Creating A Package

  1. From the Promotion drop-down list, select a house promotion.

  2. Click New. The House Package dialog will be displayed.

  3. Enter the details.

  4. Click OK. The dialog will close and a new house package will be created.
