The Web Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) screen is used to manage the web portal's frequently asked questions and answers. FAQs are common questions that clients may ask on a regular basis. These common questions can be added to the website which clients can then refer to for answers without the need to contact the organisation.
Procedures
Adding A Frequently Asked Question
- Click New. The Frequently Asked Question dialog will be displayed.
- Enter the details.
- Click OK. The dialog will close and the frequently asked question will be created.
