The Search For a Free Time dialog is used to quickly search for available diary entry times. The required criteria must be entered to enable the search.
The Search For a Free Time dialog may be accessed through the Diary Entry dialog to quickly enter the appointment staff, date, and time information. It can also be accessed independently of the diary to view available times.
Note: When the Search For a Free Time dialog has been opened independently of the diary, the information is available for viewing only. Selecting a free time can only be done through the Diary Entry dialog.
