Checklist Responses are the single answers available to the end user for Checklist Items.
Example
Standard responses could be Yes, No, Pass, Fail, 1 - Extremely Poor, or 5 - Excellent.
Creating A Checklist Response Group
- From the Groups list, select a Response Group.
- Click New. Select Yes to add the group as a subgroup of your selection, or No to create it at the same level.The Group dialog will be displayed.
- Enter the details.
- Click OK. The dialog will close and a new group will be created.
Creating A Response
- From the Groups list, select a response group. The Responses list will be updated.
- Click New. The Checklist Response dialog will be displayed.
- Enter the details, including setting the Status of the Response.
The Response Status will indicate whether the selection of this answer indicates a Pass, Fail, or Neutral. This assists in assessment of the final Checklist.
4. Click OK. The dialog will close and a new Response will be created.
