The Financier screen is used to provide a summary of the financier or lender details used for the finance application. It displays the calculation method, the type of finance, and who the application is to be lodged with. This screen displays similar information as seen on the Application Calculations Screen and Application Work Flow screens.

- Undisclosed? Field: toggle to show or hide the financier details from the client. Set this field to Yes to display the organisation details or select No to display the outside financier.

The rate information determines the GST, FID, Stamp Duty and ITC Level used in the application. These are initially selected from the chosen calculation method but can be modified here.
The Financier Insurance Group - Click here to expand...
The Financier Insurance section provides work flow dates for recording the ordering and receipt of financier insurance, if required.

The Application Brokerage Group - Click here to expand...
The Application Brokerage section is a summary of the brokerage as indicated on the Calculations screen.
The Trail Commission Group Click here to expand...
The Trail Commission section is for record keeping purposes only to record any applicable trail commission for the application. It records how often it should be received and the rate or the amount of the trail commission.
IMPORTANT CONCEPTS - If Undisclosed? is set to Yes, it indicates the client believes the broker is giving the client the money rather than a financial institution.
