The MyNewHome screen provides an interface between Framework ECM and the client web access (Framework MyNewHome Portal).
Opening the MyNewHome Screen
The four main tabs include:
Accounts Tab
The Accounts tab allows for the management of client web users. Clients entered here will have access to the Framework MyNewHome Portal.
Procedures
Creating A Web Portal User
- Click New. The Web User dialog will be displayed.
- Enter the details.
- Click OK. The dialog will close and a web user will be created.

Log On To The MyNewHome Website
- Click the Log On button. The MyNewHome website will be displayed.
Update (All Clients) Tab

Selecting A Contact
- From either list, select the client to display in the context bar.
- Click Select. The context bar will be updated with the selected client's details.
Updating A Client
- From the MyNewHome Client Updates list, select a client to update.
- Click Edit. The Update Client dialog will be displayed.
- Modify the details.
- Click Update. A confirmation prompt will appear.
- Click Yes. The confirmation prompt and the dialog will close and the modified client details will be updated.
Updating A Contact
- From the MyNewHome Entity Updates list, select a client to update.
- Click Edit. The Update Contact dialog will be displayed.
- Modify the details.
- Click Update. A confirmation prompt will appear.
- Click Yes. The confirmation prompt and the dialog will close and the modified contact details will be updated.
