The Logistics Data Entry screen is used to record the dates associated with the activities required for the construction process.


Logistics Data Entry - Programme Tab

The Programme tab lists all of the pre-determined activities for the construction process.

Logistics Data Entry - Delays Tab

The Delays tab displays all of the possible working days for a construction period and allows for contract or progress delays to be assigned to specific days. It also allows for comments to be added from a supervisor or operator.

Note: The supervisor comments apply only to the selected construction period.

Procedures

Adding A Delay

  1. From the Progress Period drop-down list, select a progress period.
  2. Depending on the type of delay being assigned, click the Contract or Progress button.

Important: 
- A contract delay may impact on the anticipated completion date.
- A building contract may require that a client be notified of the delay. 

  1. From the Delay Class list, select a class.
  2. From the Delay Reason list, select a reason.
  3. Click on the day that requires the delay to be assigned. The day will be highlighted in yellow.
  4. Click   to copy the delay to the relevant day. 

    Tip: To remove a delay, highlight the delay and click  

  5. Click OK to confirm the date.

Creating A Comment

  1. Type any comments into the Supervisor Notes or Operator Notes fields.
  2. Click OK on to confirm the data.

Logistics Data Entry - Work Flow Tab

The Work Flow tab manages stage dates, such as site, base, frame, lock up, and fix. Inspection appointments can also be recorded.

Logistics Data Entry - Summary Tab

The Summary tab displays summary information about the job and its progress.
