Overview

This article shows how to invite an organisation that is already registered with you on the Platform for something else, e.g. SupplyChain.

This article assumes you know how to use the onboarding process. Refer to this article if you do not already know how to onboard an organisation.

When sending the Invite, you need to locate the contact email for the person who registered the organisation. In Platform locate the organisation contact and look at the Contact Details accordion.

Inviting

When you have the contact's email, go to the Onboarding screen and invite them.

The email that is sent to them will have a link to Connect as opposed to register.

They are taken to the Account Update page when they click the Connect link.

When signed in they must choose how they are connected to you.

They will then see the Onboarding screens.

They will likely not need to make any changes to their Profile and the Business Profile. If you are going to be working with people onsite then you can ask them to register their staff. They will then complete any allocated inductions and be able to supply any compliance information.

When their information has been submitted, you can validate it using the same processes used to onboard a new organisation.
