Dependent on your business, the portal owners will specify different compliance requirements to you.
You will receive email reminders if you have a compliance item that is expiring.
The reminders will be sent at 60 days (ie. the expiry is less than 60 days from now), 30 days, 7 days, and then when they’re expired (ie. 0 days)
There are not continuous emails after it has expired.
When you log into the portal you can see;

Your individual compliance requirements.
If you are viewing the portal as the person who registered the organisation, you will see your individual requirements.
When you click on the compliance option, you will see what items are required from you.
From the image above, you can see that there are 2 items. One is required, and you must supply it before working on-site while the other is optional and will not prohibit you from working on site.
To update a compliance item, click on it, and the Add Compliance Item screen will be displayed. You can add details of the item and upload a document or image of the item.
The portal administrators will verify the image or document so it must be clear. When you click Add your compliance item will be updated, and the count of your compliance items will be decreased.
The Compliance count will update on the Compliance button.
This may take a few minutes to update.
Your organisation's compliance requirements.
It is the organisation's responsibility to ensure that all of their staff are compliant with all of the items that have been set against them. To view your team's compliance make sure you are viewing the organisation's details;
Ensure you are viewing the organisations perspective.
When you click on the tile, you will see the organisation Compliance requirements.
When you click on one of the items, the Add Compliance Item screen will be displayed.

When logged in to the Organisation perspective;
You will see there is a button, My Team. In the image below, you can see there are 3 items required.
When you click on the tile, you will see all of the staff that you registered and the missing count of missing compliance items.
To update the compliance item for a team member, click on the Missing Compliance number. You will then be shown that persons compliance requirements.
To update a compliance item, click on the required item.
Add the details of the item and upload an image or document of proof. When you click Add the compliance item will be updated.
Project-specific compliance
An organisation may have some compliance requirements defined against them at a project level. In the image below, you can see that there are 4 compliance requirements against the organisation.
There are 2 views for organisational compliance. Below you can see the Global compliance items.
Clicking on Project will show you project-specific compliance items.
