Process to manually add contacts in Onsite Safety

Introduction
This article shows how to manually add contacts in Onsite Safety.
Perspective
To be able to add contacts you need to be in the Onsite Safety - System Administrator perspective.
Adding a staff member
Open the organisation contact to whom you are adding a staff member.
Expand the Staff accordion.
Click on the Add Staff button and enter the staff member's details.
When you click Create you will see the following message;
Inviting the Contact
After a few minutes (There is a process running behind the scenes that adds the contact to the organisation), the staff member will be visible in the Staff accordion.
When you click on the contact name you will see their details and you will have an option to Invite them.
When you invite them you can add any additional compliance roles.
Staff Registering
The staff member will then receive an email asking them to register. When they click on the link in the email they will see a screen similar to the one below where they can enter their details;
When they click Next they will see a screen similar to the one below. They must answer No.
