The Work Flow Model screen manages the templates set up for the forecasting screens in the Production Management module.

Templates are the structures that are used to forecast dates from actual dates using durations. Durations are set on the Work Flow Template screen.

Procedures

Creating A Work Flow Model

  1. Select the Work Flow Models list. A shadow will appear around the list to indicate it is selected.

  2. Click New. The Work Flow Model dialog will be displayed.

  3. Enter the details.

  4. Click OK. The dialog will close, and a new workflow model will be created.

Creating A Work Flow Model Stage

  1. From the Work Flow Models list, select a workflow model.

  2. Select the Stages list. A shadow will appear around the list to indicate it is selected.

  3. Click New. The Work Flow Model Stage dialog will be displayed.

  4. Enter the details.

  5. Click OK. The dialog will close, and a new workflow model stage will be created.

Creating A Work Flow Model Stage Field

  1. From the Work Flow Models list, select a workflow model.

  2. From the Stages list, select a workflow model stage.

  3. Select the Fields list. A shadow will appear around the list to indicate it is selected.

  4. Click New. The Work Flow Model Stage Field dialog will be displayed.

  5. Enter the details.

  6. Click OK. The dialog will close, and a new workflow model stage field will be created.
