The Select Job screen allows users to search for a client or job using multiple search criteria. The Search Results list displays the results of a search.
Tip: If the required job is not found, modify the search criteria.
Search Group
Searching can be performed on all or part of the entered crtieria.
Example: Entering 'x' into the Street Name field will, once the Refresh button has been tapped, list all street names that begin with, or include, the letter x.

Lot Number | Lot number of the house. |
Street Number | Street number of the house. |
Street Name | Street name of the house. |
Suburb | Name of the suburb the house is located in. |
Job Number | Number of the job. |
Client | Name of client. |
Supervisor | Name of the construction supervisor. |
Manager | Name of the construction manager. |
House | Type of house. |
Select Stage | Current stage of the house. Tap the required stage. Example: Administration, Construction, Handover, Maintenance. Tip: Multiple stages can be selected. |
Clear Button | Tap to remove the entered criteria. The Search Results list will be updated. |
Search Results List
Displays the results of the search based on the entered criteria.
Procedures
Selecting A Job
- Enter all or part of the required search criteria.
- Tap Refresh. The Search Results list will be updated.
- From the Search Results list, select the required job and tap the Select Job button. The selected job will be displayed in the context bar.
Tip: Whenever a job number is listed on any screen, double-tap the job number and the job will be selected as the new current job. The context bar will update with the job details.
Select Job Sidebar
The Select Job sidebar contains the following options:
Action Group

Clear | Clear criteria entered into the search area of the screen. |
Select Job | Tap to select the currently highlighted job as the selected job. The context bar will be updated. |
