Overview
In the Resources Projects screen, you can search all of the projects that have been integrated into Supply Chain.
When you click on a project you will see a screen similar to the one below;
The General Details accordion gives basic project details.
The Location Details accordion gives location information for the project.
The Purchase Orders accordion shows the purchase orders raised against the project for your organisation. When you click on the hyperlink you will see the Purchase Order Details screen.
The Documents accordion shows any documents that have been uploaded against the project.
The Attachments accordion shows any attachments that have been uploaded against the project. You can also Add Attachments.
The Communication accordion allows you to add comments and also send emails.
The accordion keeps a history of all communication that has been made on the purchase order.
The Activity Feed accordion shows you the activities that have been carried out against the purchase order.
The Related Items accordion contains links to items related to the purchase order.
